The same thing happens when you enter C-x - you'll see C-x- in the minibuffer, as Emacs waits for the rest of the command. When the minibuffer shows C-c C-c-, that indicates Emacs is still waiting for a complete key sequence. `emmet-mode' will automatically start with oef-mode '(define-key emmet-mode-keymap (kbd "C-c w") 'emmet-wrap-with-markup)) '(define-key emmet-mode-keymap (kbd "C-c C-c") 'oef-edit-in-browser)) So I put that in my init file: (require 'emmet-mode) The solution that gave Tyler is working fine. (add-hook 'sgml-mode-hook 'emmet-mode) Auto-start on any markup modes (define-key map (kbd "C-c w") 'emmet-wrap-with-markup) (define-key map (kbd "") 'emmet-prev-edit-point) (define-key map (kbd "") 'emmet-next-edit-point) (define-key map (kbd "") 'emmet-expand-line) (define-key map (kbd "C-j") 'emmet-expand-line) but I don't want to disable Emmet-mode because I like it very much. If I disable emmet-mode C-c C-c is working fine with my mode. If I try C-h k C-c C-c I get same thing : C-c C-c-Īfter bisecting my init file, as Drew suggested, I found that the problem was the line : (add-hook 'sgml-mode-hook 'emmet-mode) Auto-start on any markup modes With Aquamacs (on my mac) the shortcut is working as expected.īut with emacs (on linux) I get: C-c C-c- and the minibuffer is waiting for a key. In that mode I put: (define-key oef-mode-map (kbd "C-c C-c") 'oef-edit-in-browser)
